Advanced Practice Courses

Our Advanced Practice courses in art and crafts are especially designed for those who are self-motivated makers and artists, who want to develop their existing skills to become practising professionals. Throughout the course there will be a strong emphasis on developing your individual creative professional practice, including organising group exhibitions and arranging the sale of your work through the college gallery.

Pathways include: Painting & Drawing, 3D Ceramics, Glass, Photography and Film Making

Each Advanced Practice pathway is delivered in a small group with a specialist tutor and includes

  • Exhibiting at Richmond & Hillcroft Adult Community College
  • Selling original work at the Parkshot Gallery Shop
  • Richmond Art School membership
  • Networking with the vibrant Richmond Art School community

Courses take place Fridays during term time, 10:00am – 4:00pm.

Arrange to speak with a member of Richmond Art School to discuss your creative direction and consider what level of specialist support and guidance you may require.
