Chair based Yoga
S01062

Chair yoga caters to unique individual needs that are difficult to meet in a traditional floor based class.

This style of practice is perfect for seniors and individuals with injuries, or anyone with some balance, strength or flexibility concerns. In chair yoga, all of the poses utilise the chair in some form.

The class will offer all of the same benefits of a traditional yoga practice such as: mindful breathing, improved balance, increased muscle tone, greater flexibility, enhanced peace of mind and relaxation.
