Christmas Glass Decorations

This is a fun weekend course focussed on making fused glass Christmas decorations.

Course Content

• You will learn how to cut glass and assemble for fusing.
• You will learn how to etch glass with a sandblaster.
• You will learn about fusing and using different temperatures in the kiln.
• You will create a variety of fused glass decorations

Safety Information
We want to keep you safe while you are at RHACC and as such all on-site classes will have additional hygiene procedures in place, as per government guidelines. Please note that if guidance changes, we may need to make changes to your course, such as reducing numbers attending onsite, or in the event of lockdown, postponing or moving the course online. Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on the start date of the course.

Beginners to experienced students that wish to explore the possibilities for making fused Christmas decorations.

First Class Requirements

There will be additional costs for materials and firing.
Please wear work Clothes or bring an apron.
Please bring with you any glass tool you already own and any images you would like to work with or idea sketches you have.

Remote Learning:
