Drama for Confidence at Hillcroft (Hillcroft Campus, Surbiton)

Join us for a fun taster Drama session at Hillcroft, looking at basic acting and stage presence principles, while improving self-confidence and how to act and stand when in front of an audience.

In this taster session we will practically explore the use of body, movement, voice and speech in order to develop and improve your confidence and wellbeing as part of a group.
The session will consist of enjoyable drama games, improvisations and drama exercises enabling you to develop and apply your imagination and creativity. You will work in groups and pairs within a friendly and supportive environment.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on the start date of the course.

Remote Learning:
Some of our courses are now delivered through remote learning, including video conferencing (using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype) and email contact with your tutor.

If your course is indicated as an ONLINE COURSE, you will need either a PC (with a camera and microphone), laptop, tablet, smartphone and access to the internet to be able to join the lessons. Lessons will run at the published time – so be ready and set up to join in.
