This is an ideal class for ESOL learners who would like to progress in childcare. It offers an opportunity to develop essential study skills along with vocational units to create a firm foundation for successful progression to further childcare qualifications. The Award is ideal for learners who are not yet ready to commit to a larger qualification.
Course Content
There will be focus on green skills throughout as sustainability is critical to the survival and future success of every sector of work. This course will give learners an introduction to childcare and look at where job opportunities are in this sector.
You will build and develop your understanding of the principles and values of childcare.
You will discuss and plan for your own development and consider your future career options.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.
