Why Study This Course?

Hatha yoga with a gentle mellow twist, offers postures that seek to soothe, stretch and lengthen tight muscles. The session aims to bring a gentle close to the working week, offering space to unwind, love and honour your body ready for the weekend to come. The restful practise encourages students to hold postures for longer while their body is being supported by props, such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. Promoting deep relaxation, highlighting the meditative aspect of yoga, the union of body and mind.
