An Introduction to Ancient Greece
C02258

Course Content

The era that we think of as Ancient Greece is actually a far lengthier, more complicated and diverse period of history than it is often considered to be. This one day course will introduce the major historical periods that make up the near 2,000 years of history of Ancient Greece as well as examining the cultural and artistic developments of the periods through the study of some original source material.

Assessment Methods

The course will bring up many themes and so requires a reasonable level of English, although no previous knowledge of the topics or history in general is needed.
