You will:
Learn how to cut, texture, drill, and form metal sheet.
Learn how to anneal and hard-solder base metals and silver.
Learn how to design and make pendants, earrings, and rings.
Learn how to set cabochon stones in a box bezel (on the 10 or 12 week course).
Returning learners/Improvers will discuss your aims with your tutor and come up with achievable personal targets.

You will be informally assessed through observation and practical tasks/projects. This course provides a solid foundation for further jewellery making courses or independent creative projects.
This Jewellery course is suitable for complete beginners and those with some previous experience. If you would like to enrol on an eligible course as a Carer then please visit reception where one of our staff will be able to assist you.
