Marketing Strategy for your Business

Whether you want to learn how to grow your small business or your marketing skills need a boost to help you succeed in your marketing career, you will need some solid foundations in marketing strategy to find your market segment, understand how to get more leads, and how to expand your reach.

This course will be taught by a senior marketing specialist with 15 years of experience in international markets, working for various industries including manufacturing, education, franchise and events.

Course Content

This 3-day intensive course will allow you to gain key skills and learn some new frameworks on how to set a strategy, such as Ansoff Matrix, BCG matrix, Porter's strategy model, to gain a broader view on the channels that will help you to go to the next step.

The course will cover:
- how to use social media for communicating and engaging with customers - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn: learn how each channel could bring different types of customers.
- how to create a social media strategy so not to run out of ideas after the first weeks
- learn what platforms you could use to sell your creative products
- the dos and don'ts of using social messaging
- how to enhance your branding in few weeks, from a visual to a content perspective
- generate more leads through networking - how to use LinkedIn and online events to connect with people

The course is particularly suited for entrepreneurs of small to medium enterprises who are new to social media and want a cost-effective training to learn key elements of marketing and social media to improve their reach.
