Saturday Kitchen - Easter Biscuits

In this class you will make delicious Easter biscuits, learn how to work with royal icing and design celebrations biscuits to enjoy or even to give as a gift to your loved ones. You will practice a series of decorating techniques including flooding and piping, all the basics that will help you start your biscuit decorating adventures.

Course Content

In this class you will learn some basic baking skills and basic hygiene and health and safety principles. And the following recipes will be baked but could be subject to change due to the availability of ingredients.
Flavoured biscuits
Royal icing
Different decoration techniques

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.

No entry requirements only love for cooking and preparing food.

First Class Requirements

You will receive a list of ingredients to bring to your class one week prior to the class start.

Additional Information

You will need to purchase the ingredients for the session and bring an apron, tea towel and container/s to take your food home. You will need a pen for taking notes.
Please note that some of the cookery activities will require working in pairs, sharing equipment, setting up and clearing the work area and equipment independently.
