Scaling Up: Growing your Creative Enterprise

Today's artists are self-employed, creating their own brands and businesses, and defining what a creative life looks like for themselves. Being able to deal with practical aspects of the life as an artist, has become a necessary skill to succeed in the sector.

Course Content

The worshop will cover the following topics: - pricing strategies: how to decide how much charge for your work; - copyrigth: how to protect your creative work from being taken advantage of; - preparedness: how to be ready to use your art whenever you (or your clients) need it.

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on the start date of the course.

Remote Learning:
Some of our courses are now delivered through remote learning, including video conferencing (using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype) and email contact with your tutor.

If your course is indicated as an ONLINE COURSE, you will need either a PC (with a camera and microphone), laptop, tablet, smartphone and access to the internet to be able to join the lessons. Lessons will run at the published time – so be ready and set up to join in.
