Successful businesses have always talked and listen to their customers and the use of social media (discussion forums, blogs, FaceBook and Twitter) allows this conversation to extend over the Internet. This one day training course provides an insight into online social marketing and delivers practical guidance on how to apply these tools as part of your marketing strategy.

• The potential pitfalls of social media and the importance of a having a social media policy

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on the start date of the course.

Small to medium sized business who are new to social media and want a cost effective method of communicating with their customers

Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential on such a short course.
