Somatic Awareness
S01116

In this course you will be invited to become aware of feeling and sensation within your inner presence.
It is a journey in to the nature of behaviour towards yourself.
As you relax deeply into the sensation generated by your body you begin to be taken deeper than its anatomical and physiological expression. As the sensations of your body dissolve into the deepening presence of softness spreading through the all of your being in this moment right now, it looses its localisation and become non local, expanding and becoming lighter, so boundaries created by tension, conflicts or trauma dissolves.

Somatic awareness takes us through a process . We normally give our mind all the burden to solve our problems. We order the mind to be happy and healthy and that create pressure at the brain level in reference to feel sensation or not to feel sensations. This creates confusion on knowing how to feel and what we feel.

This course will be a guidance through gentle awakening to sensations and feeling, in order to explore that to know something is to experience that we don't need to be different from who we are, and we learn how to separate who we truly are in the depth of the heart without being a mirror to the way others are.
Ultimately developing our authenticity.
