This course is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their well-being through gentle movement and mindful practice.
Please Note: For those new to Tai Chi, our 10 week instances are a perfect introduction to the 8 poses. For those with some experience, our 16 week instance progresses to cover 24 poses.
