Why Study This Course?
Resilience is vital for handling challenges, change and difficult situations in the workplace and daily life. This 3 hour interactive online session acknowledges challenges, change and offers tips to help maintain wellbeing and confidence.
Topics treated during the session: coping with change, and learn to recognise your emotions; building resilience and resourcefulness; tools to navigate change: overcoming procrastination, managing time, planning for the future.
To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on the start date of the course. There are no other formal entry requirements for this course.
This session that will start and end with a self-assessment of knowledge and skills. Feedback from peers and facilitator will help everyone to achieve the aims of the session, in a constructive and supportive environment.
