This course is suitable for those who are looking to work in, or widen their knowledge of the adult social care sector. At the end of this short course you will know which steps you need to take in order to pursue working in the sector.
Course Content
After successful completion of the Introductory course, you will be assessed by your tutor to see if you can progress to the level 1 Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care. In some cases, learners can gain employment and progress straight to the level 2 qualification in Adult Care.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.
There are no entry requirements, however to fully benefit from the course we advise Entry Level 3 English Skills.
