Ballet
This Ballet class is for beginners and intermediate dancers and you will focus on basic ballet steps, proper body placement and the strengthening/stretching of muscles.
Ballroom - Beginners
It takes longer than 10 weeks to look like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers on the dance floor, but Ballroom and Latin Beginners will get you started. This course will introduce you to the basic steps, rhythms and musicality of the most popular Ballroom and Latin dances.
Ballroom - Improvers
A desire and enthusiasm to learn more advance combinations of Ballroom dancing - this course is aimed at improvers who are familiar with basic steps of Waltz, Fox-trot, Tango, Cha-Cha, Rumba and Jive. More advanced learners may also join.
Cake Decorating with Fondant Beginners

will include developing skills in shaping, moulding, and making various flowers and decoration

Flavours of China
In this course, you will discover dishes from the vast country of China. Chinese cuisine is an important part of Chinese culture and includes cuisines originating from the diverse regions of China as well as from Overseas Chinese who have settled in other parts of the world. In this course, we will learn how to achieve simple yet flavoursome Chinese dishes at home.
Pilates Foundations (for beginners)
Pilates is a mindful and intelligent exercise approach, and it improves alignment and movement control.
You will learn how to understand your body's posture, balance, capabilities, limitations and normal movement strategies.
Our focus is always on helping you develop a body that is more efficient in daily activities and less prone to injuries.
You will learn strategies to prevent poor posture and pains.
Pilates Progression (for intermediate)
You will learn how to work muscles more effectively by toning and strengthening, improving joint mobility and you will learn correct breathing techniques during exercise.
Saturday Kitchen - Flavours of China

Saturday Kitchen - Italian filled Pasta
In this class you will learn to make pasta from scratch, knead pasta dough, roll into sheets with a pasta machine and fill and shape into raviolli, tortellini and mezalune, In order that it does not break when boiling.
Tai Chi
You will gain an understanding of the Yin/Yang concept and learn long sequences from the long Yang style. You will progress to complete the three parts of the long form.
Tai Chi/Qi Gong
You will leave classes feeling calm but alert with increased energy and reduced stress by combining slow movements, mental focus and harmonized breathing.
Tap Dance - Improvers
A chance to further develop you tap skills. As a progression from beginners tap class, this course is an opportunity to expand your range of steps and begin to work on more complex dances
Taste of France - Provence
This course will take you on a culinary journey through Provence; a region on France synonymous with sunshine and a relaxed approach to life. The six week course will highlight the best in seasonal ingredients, with a variety of dishes that can be adapted to your personal tastes and preferences. You will learn how to create versatile meals that can be served for informal family occasions, or adjusted to serve as part of a dinner party.
Yoga
You will learn basic steps leading to classical yoga postures. You can expect to enhance your flexibility, co-ordination and strength. You will improve your breathing through breath awareness and will learn relaxation techniques to promote and encourage inner harmony.
Yoga for over 55s
Join our vibrant and relaxing community in Richmond. Build confidence and resilience while maintaining good posture, balance, flexibility and strength through Yoga. Inspired by the Iyengar Yoga method, the class will combine isometric asanas, breathing techniques and relaxation. It is taught at a gentle pace to allow time to focus on specific asanas actions. There will be variations for those who want to challenge themselves further.
