In this course, you will discover dishes from Burgundy region of France. The cuisine is very different to the south, mainly focusing on the incredible wines in the area. This region has rich fertile soil, making it an ideal environment for dairy farms, along with an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables.

This course will take you on a culinary journey through Provence; a region on France synonymous with sunshine and a relaxed approach to life. The six week course will highlight the best in seasonal ingredients, with a variety of dishes that can be adapted to your personal tastes and preferences. You will learn how to create versatile meals that can be served for informal family occasions, or adjusted to serve as part of a dinner party.

Taster - Introduction to Acting
This taster course is an introduction to techniques and ideas that you will find on the acting/ drama courses at college. You will start off with a look at improvisation and then devise short script working on the short script we will examine the basis of method acting ideas such as obstacles, tactics, and objectives and then use this to develop a performance. You will look at movement and voice and then give a short performance.
There will also be a discussion of college courses and which ones would be suitable

Upholstery - Intensive
