A 6 week course introducing different forms of creative writing (e.g. fiction, non-fiction, memoir, poetry) and encouraging learners to use their memories and experiences to inspire pieces of writing.
Yoga for over 55s (Hillcroft Campus, Surbiton)
Build strength, confidence and resilience through yoga. The class will be a lovely mix of a gentle flow, breathing and relaxation. There will also be options for those people who want to challenge themselves further. Everyone is welcome.

End your day with gentle movement, breathing, meditation and some restorative yoga to get yourself ready for a good night's sleep. This class is all about slowing down your body and mind ready for total relaxation.
Yoga TASTER (Hillcroft Campus, Surbiton)
Yin and Yang yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice, bringing the benefits of holding the poses for longer with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. You will leave the class feeling balanced, calm and relaxed.
