Start when it suits you
With rolling start dates between August and May, you can join any of our Distance Learning courses when you’re ready and complete it within three months. Please note that all courses must finish by the end of the academic year in July 2027.

You’ll have a dedicated course assessor to guide you, answer questions, and help you get the most out of your studies.
Application deadlines
Applications for our Distance Learning courses for August 2026 onwards will re-open in June 2026. Pre-enrolment course interviews will take place in July 2026.

Many of our courses are free if you live in an eligible postcode in England, thanks to funding from the Adult Skills Fund. You’ll just need to provide proof of residency and financial information so we can check your eligibility.
*Examples of individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria include (but are not limited to) the following: Those who are here without authority or lawful status; those who are resident in the UK on a student or graduate visa; those who are in the UK on holiday, with or without a visa; those who are in the UK on a sponsorship visa, including skilled worker visas and seasonal worker visas; those whose biometric residence permit or residence permit imposes a study prohibition or restriction on the individual.
