With Michelin star restaurant chef Giovana Temponi. In this class Giovana will show you how to make your own handmade potato gnocchi, matching with a perfectly paired sauce. You will learn the authentic and essential techniques for a mouth melting potato gnocchi and two different ways for serving it. After this class you will never buy supermarket gnocchi again!

You can cook alongside Giovana, here is the list of ingredients:

  • 400 g potatoes (Désirée ,Maris Piper or King Edward)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g all-purpose flour plus, extra to dust
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100g fresh cherry tomatoes
  • 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes.
  •  salt
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 60g grated parmesan
  • 1 ball fresh mozzarella
  • 100 g butter
