For learners enrolling by telephone or online there is a cooling-off period of 14 days. If you cancel within the 14 day period, you may be entitled to a refund (less a £15 administration fee). Refund Request Form

If you are unable to attend or continue with your course due to changes in work/family/financial commitments, this will be considered a withdrawal. If you withdraw and do not qualify for a refund under the conditions of the 14 day cooling-off period the College is unable to issue a refund or credit. The full fee for the course remains payable. This also applies if you are withdrawn from your course at the request of your tutor due to poor/non–attendance or conduct issues.

Transfers will only be granted in exceptional circumstances. To transfer to another course you need to complete the transfer request form providing full details of your circumstances. Transfers will only be considered if you have not attended any classes and at the discretion of the College. All transfers given will incur a £15 administration fee.

If you become ill during your course you may apply for a refund if the condition is permanent and prevents you from continuing. If your condition is temporary, you may apply for a credit which will enable you to re-enrol at a later date. The refund or credit will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of the last class attended. Exam fees are not refundable. Medical evidence will be required in the form of a doctor’s letter or equivalent. A credit cannot be converted to a refund. All refunds and credits will incur a £15 administration fee.

If a sponsor arrangement ceases, or the learner withdraws from their course after the cooling-off period, fees will be due and no refunds will be available.

If you are not successful with your visa application, £300.00 will be returned to you if no other administration fees or administration evidence is requested from us by you. Please note that if we have to re-issue another letter, change your enrolment, CAS with the Home Office and wait for you to join classes that have already started the college will keep the administration fee in full and no refund will be given.
