Additional Learning Support
If you have a learning difficulty, disability, or need extra help in class, our Additional Learning Support (ALS) team is here to help.
We offer:
- One-to-one English and Maths tutorials or workshop support
- In-class support (note-taker, reader, or scribe)
- Communicator/Signer support
- Special exam arrangements (e.g. extra time, rest breaks, etc., where appropriate evidence is supplied within the first four weeks of your course)
- Access to specialist software and equipment
Please let us know your needs when you enrol, or visit us at a Drop-in Session during term time.
Location: Parkshot Campus
Times:
- Tuesday: 12:00 – 13:00
- Thursday: 10:00 – 11:30

Wellbeing Support
Is stress, anxiety, or depression affecting your learning?
Our Wellbeing Advisors can provide confidential support to help you manage your wellbeing while studying.
Location: Parkshot (Onsite/Online)
- Monday: 11am – 2pm
- Tuesday: 2pm – 4pm
- Wednesday: 3pm – 5pm
- Friday: 3pm – 5pm
