Putting your Safety First

We are pleased we can open our college from Monday 13th July for a small number of classes and to process enrolments.

We encourage you to enrol online if you can – however should you need assistance you can come into our Parkshot Campus and complete your enrolment with one of our team.

Please note social distancing rules will apply and to manage the number of people on site you may need to join a queue.

We have put a number of measures in place to keep you safe in our buildings including:

  • Enhanced cleaning and multiple sanitiser units throughout the campus
  • Directional signage to assist with safe movement around the college
  • Screens where there is face to face interaction
  • Managed access and exit to the sit

Please do not come to the college if you are unwell or have symptoms of Covid 19.

*NOTE: Our Hillcroft Campus is not open for the time being.

Masks and Face Coverings

As per government guidance you are not required to wear a mask or face covering while on site, but you may wear them if you prefer.  Please ensure you dispose of them correctly and if your masks are multi use, that you store them in a sealable bag when not in use.

Advice and Guidance

If you would like to talk to a member of our staff about your course options then please email info@rhacc.ac.uk in the first instance and we will arrange for someone to call you. If you need to see someone in person we can arrange an appointment for you to come into college. We offer a wide range of discounts on fees and financial support for people on low income or other disadvantage.

Online and Onsite Teaching

Where possible we will continue to offer many of our classes online during the Autumn term to help manage the numbers on site and maintain safety.

However, we will begin to run onsite classes for those courses which are not suitable for online learning and will introduce more blended learning programmes which combine both online learning with face to face classes onsite.

We will continue to run our very popular free classes on - How to Access Online Learning to help get you set up for online learning.

If you are progressing from one class to another – then we will contact you directly to arrange your enrolment.

We will not be opening our café at this stage and therefore recommend you bring your own refreshments with you when attending your class.

Getting to College

The Parkshot Campus is located in central Richmond and is accessible to learners by foot, car and bicycle as well as public transport (if necessary). There is car parking at the rear of the campus and bicycle racks onsite.
