This course is for you if you want to develop your numeracy skills and learn how to manage your personal finances.
On this course you will learn how to
?? review your current financial situation including your income and expenditure
?? create and manage a budget
?? share and discover money saving ideas
?? get financial support and advice
?? create and use a basic table or spreadsheet
To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.
If you?re aged 19 and over and don?t have maths GCSE at grade C (or equivalent), you can access this course for free to build your confidence with numbers and gain a qualification. You will need to complete an initial assessment to check your maths level before you start your course.
There is no formal assessment for this course. However, you will create and review your own Individual Learning Plan.

You will not be asked to share or discuss any personal financial information. However, it may helpful for you to be prepared for this course by having an idea of what you spend on a daily or weekly basis.
