This course covers:
Performing arts skills: Practical training in different areas of the performing arts.
Maths skills: Develop essential maths skills used in the performing arts industry.
English skills: Improve your English for clear and effective communication in the industry.
Digital skills: Learn digital skills that are useful in the performing arts field.
To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.
A detailed initial assessment is carried out with each learner.
The assessment helps us determine your learning needs and suitability for the course.
The initial assessment normally takes up to 1 hour.
Your progress will be assessed throughout the course, and your next steps will be determined in collaboration with your tutor. We'll develop a Personal Learning Plan to help you achieve your goals. We will work with you to find the best next step, whether it's further study, work experience, or employment.
This is an entry-level vocational three-day programme aimed at learners with special educational needs and disabilities. The programme runs from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm each day. We provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment to help you thrive.
