This workshop is focused on various jewellery making skills including sawing, soldering, hammering, stone setting and enamelling and is designed for learners at intermediate level, to continue to develop their technical and creative skills in jewellery independently.
Working with various metals such as silver, bronze, brass or copper: Learn techniques for manipulating and shaping metals.
Ring making: Learn how to make a ring with sawing, soldering, texturing and polishing techniques.
Stone setting: Master the art of creating settings and securely setting cabochon stones
Personal projects: Design and create your own jewellery pieces with guidance from the tutor.
To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.

Regular attendance is required.
There are no formal assessments. You'll receive verbal feedback on your progress throughout the course, with guidance on how to improve your techniques.
