Our Digital Skills courses are for people who want to build confidence using computers, phones and online tools for everyday life, work or further study. We also support learners who want to move into more advanced areas such as creative media, data, AI or professional IT.
Digital Skills Information, Advice and Guidance will help you get started on the right learning programme.
You will meet our teachers, talk about your goals, and receive clear guidance on the best next steps.
In this session you will meet one of our Digital Skills teachers to talk through:
• What you already do with technology
• What you would like to be able to do
• Any support needs you may have
• Your goals for work, life or further study
We will then recommend the most suitable course for you. This may be a beginner digital course, a workplace skills course, or a more advanced route in areas such as creative media, coding, data, AI or professional IT.
We can also give general career advice and show you progression maps to help you understand how to move from beginner level into higher-level digital work, creative roles, data and analytics, or specialist IT careers.
You will find out what you need to be a successful learner on our digital programmes.
