The course aims to support you in exploring the basics of yoga to maintain fitness and flexibility of the mind and body. The course will help you with the following;
1. Coordination, posture, concentration, relaxation and well being
2. Allow you to work with awareness within your own body limits
3. Practise a variety of yoga postures, sequences, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to promote mind and body welfare
4. Handouts to assist with home practice and to remember sequences
5. Demonstration and gentle guidance

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.
You should be in general good health and be mobile.
Please wear comfortable clothes which are easy to move in.
