To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.
You should be reasonably mobile.
You should wear loose clothing and flat-soled, good-ground-gripping, flexible shoes are best. You may wish to purchase Tai-Chi Shoes, pelase talk to your tutor for recommendations.
Regular attendance is recommended.
Your progress will be assessed through tutor observation. This course can be a great foundation for further exploration of Tai Chi and other mindfulness practices.
