Private Office Rental

Price: Variable depending on space.

Minimum Term: 12 month minimum contract

Tenancy at The Bridge Workspace includes:

  • Secure building with member key fob access 24/7
  • Reception service, our friendly team make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Discounted meeting rooms to brainstorm with your team
  • Regular daily cleaning to keep your office space clean and fresh
  • Break out areas for phones calls and time out for you
  • We have cycle racks and shower facilities as well at your disposal
  • Superb location, 5 mins from Richmond station, in the heart of all the shops, restaurants and social hangouts
  • Access to printing
  • No hidden costs as cleaning, utilities, super-fast Wi-Fi and Business rates are all included

Virtual Office

Price: From £35/month

Minimum Term: 3 months

Virtual Office includes:

  • Mail Handling – we will securely store your post and small packages until you can collect them in person (individual package of £20/month) – Use of registered address not included
  • Telephone service – we will answer telephone calls, take messages, and email these messages to your nominated contact. This is not a dedicated phone number/response service, and the phone will be answered “Hello, The Bridge Workspace, how may I help you”. (Individual package of £30) – Use of registered address not included
  • Both: combined package of £35 pcm - Use of registered address not included

Registered address:

£150 one-off fee to use The Bridge Workspace as your registered business address (must be brought if using our mail handling service)
