Carolyn Pepper

Carolyn is a partner in a law firm with many years’ experience advising clients in particular in the media, technology and entertainment industries. She also has experience in safeguarding and related investigations. She is a former chair of the Law Society’s Intellectual Property Committee.

Carolyn has a particular interest in disability inclusion and over the last 10 years has been involved in and led numerous initiatives intended to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Carolyn is passionate about education and its ability to change lives.  RHACC provides education opportunities for everyone, which is invaluable.

Carolyn was appointed to the Board in July 2025 and is a member of the Finance and Resources Committee.
