Paul Simmons

Paul has spent the last 30 years in HR working around the world in companies including IBM, Samsung and BP. Most recently he was Group HR Director for a FTSE 250 firm of engineering contractors present in over 20 countries.

He is now an independent HR consultant focussing on Organisational Effectiveness, HR strategy, and working with CEOs and their teams. His clients range from small charities with a specific HR issue to large privately held businesses  who are seeking to integrate recent acquisitions.

As an HR Director he has always been interested in adult learning as a key means for organisations and employees to maintain and develop the skills needed to remain successful.
