2000 COURSES - ONE COMMUNITY

Visit the college on one of our dedicated open days. Explore all the opportunities open to you at RHACC, meet the tutors, view the facilities and get advice about which course is right for you, as well as finding out about all the discounts and concessions on offer. RHACC offers a unique community environment with 2000 courses on offer across many diverse areas - so whether you are looking to boost your career, learn a new skill or just meet new people and have fun there are so many options to choose from. Which course will you choose?

Next Open Day: 19th July 4pm-7pm

This Open Day is for all courses! Whether you are interested in gaining a professional qualification, developing your CV or just trying something new- call in and talk to our specialist tutors and get the ball rolling. If you are unable to attend the next Open Event, don’t worry we have more Open Events throughout the year.

You can also always call or pop into either our Parkshot or Surbiton campus at anytime to ask questions, take a look around and get help enrolling. 

 Our next Open Days are:  

  • 4 September 2018 1pm – 5pm
  • 6 September 2018 3pm – 7pm
  • 6 September 2018 10am - 2pm (Hillcroft, Surbiton Only)
  • 8 September 2018 10am – 2pm
  • 13 September 2018 4pm – 7pm

At the Open Day, we'll help you discover the right course for you, what is the right level and where the course can take you. Learn more about our courses. 

There will be staff available to discuss your career options and personal development. You can also get information on fees, Advanced Learner Loans, student finance, bursaries, crèche and volunteering opportunities.

To enrol on a qualification course, you will need to bring:

  • Certificates to show any qualifications you have
  • Photo ID (Eg Passport or driving licence)
  • National insurance number
  • Benefit awarding letter (if applying for concession)

If you are not a British Citizen, you will also need to bring:

  • Passport
  • UK Travel Document
  • UK Immigration Status Document
  • UKBA/Home Office letter
  • Letter from Asylum Support service or NASS or Social Services
  • Any other proof of your residency status

Are you unemployed or employed but earning less than £330 a month and receiving state benefits?

Bring one of the below benefit awarding letters dated within the last three months.

  • Job Seeker's Allowance
  • Council Tax Reduction
  • Housing Benefit
  • Income Support
  • Employment Support Allowance
  • Working Tax credits (applicable to dependants only)
  • Universal Credits

Is your Household Income not more than £23000 per year (NET)? Please bring:

  • Council tax letter or Tenancy Agreement
  • Consecutive payslips for the last 3 months
  • Bank statement for the last 3 months
  • Benefit awarding letter

Absolutely! Our Open Day's are the perfect opportunity to experience RHACC with tours of our superb facilities, featuring the Richmond Art School, Theatre, Dance Studio, Ceramics Studio and other specialist classrooms.
