Course Content
This workshop is going to be of interest to you if you want to learn more about Carl Jung's theory model in relation to personality development. You will learn a brief introduction to his theory of the Self and Ego, and put it into the context of other basic concepts such as The Collective Unconscious, Archetypes, Shadow and Persona.

Assessment Methods
This workshop is suitable for all levels, especially trainee or qualified counsellors seeking continuing professional development. The course is presented experientially, involving group work, self-reflection, and exploration. There's no formal assessment, but active participation in your learning plan, group activities, and reflections is expected. Following this course, you may be interested in attending our other Introduction courses entitled "Approaches to" , or other mental well-being courses. If you are interested in becoming a counsellor, you may be interested in our Introduction to Counselling course which can lead to studying for a qualification through the Level 2 Counselling Skills course.
