Chair Yoga

This gentle seated yoga class will help you relax, while reducing tension and developing strength, flexibility and balance. The sessions aim to have fun while focusing on a range of yoga postures.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.

The class is aimed at beginners new to yoga, or anyone who would like to try a seated, slow, calm yoga practice.

First Class Requirements

Soft comfortable clothing which allows for unrestrictive movement.

Attendance Requirements

To maximise the benefits from each of the sessions, it is recommended that classes are regularly attended to notice the improvements in strength, flexibility and balance.
