Explain how management and leadership styles impact individuals and teams.
Identify the factors that may influence the choice of management and leadership styles.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.

A Level 2 qualification, along with GCSE (or equivalent) in English.
Alternatively, you will be required to undertake a diagnostic assessment as part of the enrolment process.
A background in a professional environment will help you to make the most of the course contents.
Learners are expected to have prior experience in academic writing, including the use of references, citations, and footnotes. A written assignment of approximately 2,500 words must be submitted within three weeks after the course concludes. Learners are encouraged to demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely submission of the assignment.

Attendance Requirements

The course fee include registration with the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI). The final assignment is externally marked and the qualification is awarded directly by the CMI.

Assessment Methods

Progress will be assessed through a mix of activities as described in the assignment brief . This qualification provides a solid foundation for further study and career advancement in leadership and management roles.
