This course covers:
Photoshop Basics for Collage: Cutting, pasting, layering, adjusting, and editing imagery
Collage Themes and Forms: Composition, colour, texture, abstraction, imagined worlds, and creating unique characters
Digital Image Sourcing: Using Creative Commons and building a digital image library
Social Media Presentation: Presenting your work effectively on platforms like Instagram
Artist Analysis: Examining the work of other digital collage artists
Developing Collage Outcomes: Creating a series of collages responding to different themes

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.

Assessment Methods
Your progress will be assessed through Q&A, observations, and practical sessions using the software. You'll build a body of coursework, exploring different techniques and processes. We'll also have discussions on other artists' work and presentations of finished outcomes.
