Join us to explore the power of words and boost your mood. This course is for anyone seeking a fun and effective way to manage stress. It's taught by Natasha Rozario, a qualified counsellor, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience.

Course Content

This half-day online workshop will involve practical exercises.
You will participate in shared reading, discussion of reader responses to the texts and self-reflective writing. We will look at a few short texts, including poetry, fiction and non-fiction. You will use these texts as a springboard for reflection and writing in the session.
All reading materials will be provided.

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.

Assessment Methods

There is no formal assessment. By the end of the workshop, you will have explored quick and easy ways to lower stress.
You should also experience enjoyment of reading and writing exercises.
