Course Content

On this course you will learn how to

?? Learn the principles of statistical data - primary and secondary data

?? Learn approaches to record and present data using statistical operations

?? Learn about different approaches for visualising statistical data

?? Develop the skills to use Excel to enter, format, manipulate and visualise different types of data

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.

If you?re aged 19 and over and don?t have Maths GCSE at grade C (or equivalent e.g. Functional Skills Level 2), this course is free and will help you to build your confidence with numbers

There are no formal entry requirements for this course but you should be ideally working towards Level 2 Maths. Your level will be assessed prior to starting your course by taking a BKSB assessment within the college you should have a score less than BKSB Functional Maths 2.9.

Assessment Methods

There is no formal assessment for this course. However, you will create and review your own Individual Learning Plan.
