Course Content

On this course you will learn how to:
Learn the principles of statistical data - primary and secondary data
Learn approaches to record and present data using statistical operations
Learn about different approaches for visualising statistical data
Develop the skills to use online applications such as Excel to enter, format, manipulate and visualise different types of data

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.

You should be aged 19 and over.
If you don’t have Maths GCSE at grade C (or equivalent e.g. Functional Skills Level 2), this course is free.
There are no formal entry requirements, but you should ideally be working towards Level 2 Maths.
You should have a BKSB assessment score less than BKSB Functional Maths 2.9.

Assessment Methods

There is no formal assessment for this course. However, you will create and review your own Individual Learning Plan to track your progress.
