This course covers:
Basics of Business Photography: Introduction to camera controls and settings, composition techniques for professional-looking images, capturing product shots, office spaces, and team portraits
Visual Storytelling for Brands: Using photography to tell a compelling brand story, case studies of successful business photography campaigns, hands-on: creating a visual narrative for a fictional business
Product Photography and E-Commerce: Lighting and styling for product shots, optimizing images for online platforms, practical session: shooting product catalog photos
Portraits and Personal Branding: Portraiture techniques for business professionals, building a personal brand through headshots, ethical considerations in portrait photography
Marketing Your Photography Business: Pricing strategies and contracts, social media marketing for photographers, guest speaker: successful freelance photographer sharing insights
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.
Photography experience required.
The ability to use a computer would be an advantage.
Level 1 literacy and numeracy recommended.

Attendance Requirements
You will benefit from regular attendance and punctuality.
Assessment Methods
You will receive verbal feedback during the session and participate in group discussions. There will also be some practical work to help you develop your skills. After this course, you could explore further photography courses or business development workshops to continue building your expertise.
