Course Content
This course covers:
Project Planning: Improve your drawings, carefully measuring and planning your project.
Tool Proficiency: Become more confident in using a range of hand and machine tools in the woodwork studio.
Skill Development: Hone your woodworking skills and learn new techniques for your current and future projects.
Project Completion: Learn the skills to complete at least one personal project throughout the term.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.

Some prior knowledge of art materials, tools and techniques is required to make this a more beneficial experience.
First Class Requirements
An initial idea for a project, a sketchbook, any personal hand tools you would like to use (we have tools available for students to share).

Assessment Methods
Each session will conclude with informal, supportive group critiques, giving you the opportunity to share your work and receive constructive feedback. Throughout the course, your tutor will provide individual verbal feedback as you work on projects and participate in discussions.
