Course Content

This course covers:
Register and Set Up an Account: Learn how to register on Xero and complete the initial account setup.
Set Up Customers and Suppliers: Understand how to create and manage customer and supplier records.
Add, Import, and Create Invoices: Learn to generate, import, and customise sales invoices.
Add a Bank and Petty Cash Account: Set up and manage bank and petty cash accounts within Xero.
Manage Financial Transactions: Record, reconcile, and monitor financial transactions and receipts.
Create Basic Reports: Generate standard financial reports for business insights.
Correct Errors and Troubleshoot Problems: Learn techniques for identifying and resolving common issues in Xero.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.

Keyboard and mouse skills are essential.
Basic knowledge of cut, paste, print and save is desirable.
Good knowledge of internet-based applications.

First Class Requirements

Paper, pen, folder to keep handouts and work produced.

Assessment Methods

You are assessed through a portfolio of assessment evidence generated during the course. This helps you track your progress and demonstrate your new skills.
