Alison Granger

Alison Granger is a qualified solicitor with 12 years’ experience of commercial litigation and employment law in City and West End Law Firms. Whilst working for law firms Alison was responsible for training courses for colleagues and mentoring more junior colleagues.  After starting a family and in September 2004, she commenced her tutoring and training career at RHACC gaining her Certificate in Education in 2006. Since that time, she has been responsible for delivery of teaching on various business, humanities and vocational courses relating to law, study skills, English, employability, business communication and Education and Training Courses. She has also delivered training courses both internally at RHACC and externally to the NHS and KVA on various topics including Equality and Diversity. In addition to teaching and training delivery, Alison is also now the Programme Manager for the Teaching Workforce. In this role, she is reponsible for the management of a range of education and training qualification courses offered by RHACC to learners and its' own staff for continuous professional development.
