Judy May

Judy’s career as an IT lecturer started as a student, mid 30s, looking to retrain and finding myself in front of a computer that I was too scared to turn on in case I broke it! Following successful completion of the course and undertaking another I was asked to teach, and a new and very rewarding career began.
Since then Judy has taught and studied a range of computer and IT skills, from hardware and networking to System Analysis and Human Computer interaction this has been at a variety of levels from Entry to Foundation Degree, including development of Apprenticeships, seeing students move up in the industry to senior management positions. The world of IT has changed dramatically but the enjoyment of Judy seeing students learn new skills and develop has not altered.
