Access to Higher Education Courses
If you are considering going to University but do not have traditional qualifications to gain entry then an Access to HE Diploma may be the right course for you. Our courses are part-time so that you can work while you complete the qualification.
ViewFL3 Digital Marketing and Social Media - Access to HE
This course will develop your skills and knowledge in Digital Marketing and Social Media; a field that continues to grow year upon year and is relied upon by businesses around the world.
Access courses are designed to prepare you for university, and the the completion of this Level 3 diploma will give you the qualification required to do so. The course can also be used to support your entry into employment or into an apprenticeship within this field.
Many students progress onto their chosen field of study at university including pathways such as Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Media and Communications, International Business and some progress into employment within Digital Marketing / Social Media or into an apprenticeship related to their course of study.
In 2023, access learners received offers from a range of universities, including from Sheffield, Bournemouth, St Mary s, Winchester, Nottingham Trent, Greenwich, Anglia Ruskin, Ravensbourne, Kingston, Westminster and Portsmouth.
Accessibility
Our college is fully accessible with ramps and lift facilities for wheelchair users and those with walking difficulties. There are nine disabled spaces on site (three at front, three at rear of the main building and three under the Annex building) and a drop-off area at the front of the building.

This course will be delivered online.
This course will develop your skills and knowledge in Digital Technologies and Computer Science - an industry with growing opportunities for employment. This includes roles in computer science, games design, cybersecurity, AI, Data Science, programming and web development.
This is an advanced level course designed to prepare you for university, and the completion of this Level 3 diploma will give you the qualification required to do so. The course can also be used to support your entry into employment or into an apprenticeship or degree apprenticeship within your chosen sector.
Many students progress onto their chosen field of study at university, with others progressing into employment or into an apprenticeship related to their course of study. In 22/23, access learners received offers from a range of universities, including from Sheffield, Bournemouth, St Mary s, Queen Mary s, University of the Creative Arts, UAL, Brunel, Goldsmiths, Greenwich, Ravensbourne, Kingston, Westminster and Portsmouth. For Digital Technologies learners, this has included offers in Cybersecurity, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science and Games Design and Development.
Glazing Day Untutored
Do you have unfinished ceramics projects from previous terms? This one-day class offers the perfect opportunity to glaze those pieces and bring them to completion. You'll have access to our ceramics studio and technician support to refine your work and add those all-important finishing touches. This course is ideal for anyone with prior experience in our ceramics studio who wants to complete existing projects independently.
