Course Content
Designed to recondition and revitalise, you'll be guided to tune into your body's natural rhythms and sensations, releasing tension while improving flexibility, strength, and posture. Each movement is not an aim but a journey. This course covers:
Gentle movement techniques to improve balance and coordination
Pilates principles for core strength and stability
Myofascial release techniques to ease tension
Yoga elements for flexibility and relaxation
Posture improvement exercises
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for this course you must be 19 or over on 31st August prior to the course start date.
This course is suitable for all abilities.
No prior experience is necessary.
