Mary graduated from Kingston University with an honour’s degree in Computer Science in 1994. She worked as a software developer in a variety of different companies both large and small, international and independent and developed applications as diverse as websites, EDI integration modules and computer games of which two where published (USS Ticonderoga and SimIsle) in many languages.
Michelle has worked in marketing and digital for over 15 years. She has held roles such as Marketing Director and Head of Marketing & Digital for sectors including education, health, social care, and technology. She has also worked as a brand consultant for over 8 years, supporting new and growing businesses. Michelle holds a BA in Business Entrepreneurship, MA in the Arts, MSc in Psychology, a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, and is now studying towards a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology.
Paula is an experienced qualified integrative counsellor, working with adults as well as children and young people and at Place2be - place2be.org.uk, a charity counselling service that provides support in schools. Paula is passionate about counselling as well as teaching and pleased to combine both by teaching at RHACC. I love dancing and travelling.

Hello! I am a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist (MBACP) in Private Practice (SoundMind Counselling). As you can see from the title, I am passionate about counselling and music, and hold an MSc in Applied Music Psychology from Roehampton University. I am also an advocate for LGBTQ clients specialising in Gender and Sexual Diversity, and working with neurodiversity. I am currently a Counselling Tutor for the CPCAB Level 2 certificate. I also run workshops and wellbeing courses here at RHACC.
Stephanie is a Programme Manager for Business and Accounting with over 15 years of experience in the educational field, teaching a variety of accounting and finance courses at different levels. She holds a Master's in Accountancy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hong Kong.
Stephanie is passionate about education and has helped numerous students achieve satisfactory results to further their careers.
