Natasha Rozario

Natasha's work reflects a deep interest in wellbeing and language. As well as being a graduate in Philosophy & Literature, she is a qualified counsellor, with a first-class honours degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling. As part of her professional development, she learnt how to use literature to improve mental health, while exploring the therapeutic effects of poetry and how writing can enhance wellbeing.
Communication is at the heart of her work. Natasha understands the important role that language plays in all our interactions. Put simply, words affect how we feel and what we do. She has delivered workshops and courses that explore how we can use words to feel better. Her approach includes practical activities, such as shared reading, the discussion of varied texts and mindful writing exercises.
Natasha loves helping people to learn about different ways of living as they search for a better life. As such, her work draws on a range of different sources, including literature, psychology, philosophy and nature.
